Prospect Camp

• Dates: June 25-27, 2024

• Location: NYC RTC / Hoboken Edge (417 Newark St, Hoboken NJ 07030)

• Age Group & Qualifications: Open to any wrestler 9-12th grade & especially those looking to become a lion!

• Lodging: As a day camp, all participants are responsible for their own housing arrangements during camp. Click HERE to view nearby hotel options.

• Meals: As a day camp, all participants will be provided lunch however will be responsible for their own breakfast, dinner and snacks.

• Registration & Camp Costs: Registration will close June 20th.
  Camp is limited to the first 75 student-athletes

  • Early Registration Discount (Register by May 1st) $225

  • Regular Registration (Register after May 2nd) $250

• Refunds: You can request a refund by reaching out to our Camp Director Emma Randall at ERandall@NYCRTC.com. Please include athlete’s name(s).

  • 100% Refund for camp fees by June 18th

  • 75% Refund for camp fee by June 24th

  • $100 Refund if notify camp directors you are unable to attend June 25th or later

Tentative Camp Schedule

Monday, June 24th
5-6:30pm Optional Campus Tour of Columbia University
This tour is open to student-athletes and parents. All participants are responsible for their own transportation to/from campus. Meet 5pm at Alma Mater statue on Columbia’s campus (535 W 116th St, New York, NY 10027)

Tuesday, June 25th
9am Check In
10-12pm Mat Session 1: Technique
12-1:00 Lunch
1:30-3:30pm Mat Session 2: Review + Combat

Wednesday, June 26th
10-12pm Mat Session 3: Technique
12-1:00 Lunch
1:30-3:30pm Mat Session 4: Review Technique + Combat

Thursday, June 27th
10-12pm Mat Session 5: Technique
12-1:00 Lunch / Sports Psych Talk
1:30-3:30pm Mat Session 6: Review + Combat
4pm Check Out
