Get ready for an electrifying showdown as Pennsylvania and New York's best high school female wrestlers face off in the "Keystone vs. Empire State Clash" dual! Hosted by the Columbia Women's Wrestling Club and the New York City Regional Training Center, this premier freestyle wrestling event will feature top athletes from both states. Join us on November 16th at 3:00 PM as these fierce competitors hit the mat, showcasing skill, resilience, and a passion for wrestling.

The NYCRTC is teaming up with the Columbia Women’s Wrestling Club to host a Little Lions Clinic at the NYCRTC in Hoboken, NJ. This event is open to all youth and middle school girls interested in wrestling. Come learn from the talented members of the Columbia Women's Wrestling team and join us for an exciting day of skill-building and fun! All participants must have a valid USA Wrestling Membership and be within the 6-12 year old age range (Purchase a membership HERE)

Wrestling season will be here soon! Take advantage of our four-part co-ed fall clinic series to sharpen your skills! Appropriate for wrestler at any skill and experience level. Open to any high school and middle school wrestler with a valid USA Wrestling Membership.
Turns on Turns an All Women’s Freestyle Mini Camp
Join us for the two day clinic focused on educating our women wrestlers on par terre turns and transition takedown to turn! Leave the weekend with a better understanding for both offense and defense in the par terre position! Learn: Turks, guts, laces, cross knee turns, tilts and more!
Who Can Participate:
This event is open to any female age 12-21 with an active USA Wrestling card!

Age Group & Qualifications: Open to any wrestler age 6-13
Lodging: As a day camp, all participants are responsible for their own housing arrangements during camp. Click HERE to view nearby hotel options.
